I needed my out of state Medical Records from GI Partners quickly. I called and spoke Maritza from the Libertyville office. She was very prompt in sending my Medical Records to my provider. Maritza was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. I’m so glad I spoke to her and she was the one who handled my request!
Cant say enough good things about this place. Staff was super nice & helpful, especially the nurses during my endoscopy. Dr. Adjei was the first doctor in SIX YEARS to listen to me, and did tests other doctors havent rather than repeating the same one over and over again. After all these years I finally have answers. Im finally starting to have more good days than bad days with my GI tract. Highly recommend this place.
The staff and doctor were good about explaining the procedures. All went well and quickly. A good experience for a procedure that can be very uncomfortable.
