ABOUT:

Dr. Berkelhammer was trained at the University of Toronto and the University of Chicago. He is a clinical professor at the University of Illinois and has written over 50 articles. He was listed in "Best Doctors" in Chicago Magazine 2001, 2021, 2022, and 2023. He has received 15 Teacher of the Year awards. He holds board certifications with the American Board of Gastroenterology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
