Dr. Chad Spangler ensures transparency in his discussions and treats patients as partners to reach the betterment of their health.
He received his education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Medical School and pursued residency at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He became the Chief Resident at Rush University, a part of the GI fellowship, and the Advanced Endoscopy fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, NH. Dr. Chad Spangler has been a practicing gastroenterologist for over 10 years! He primarily specializes in disorders of the pancreas and bile ducts, IBD, Barrett’s Esophagus, and Colorectal Cancer screening/polypectomy.
In his current position, he is a member of the Credentials Committee at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.
