Dr. Mihir Majmundar has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. He completed his medical training at two respected institutions: the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago Medical School. After that, he completed his residency at Rush University Medical Center.
Dr. Majmundar specializes in treating gastrointestinal cancers. Additionally, he frequently performs colonoscopy and endoscopy to help detect and manage digestive conditions.

I’m all about helping my patients holistically. I’m not only looking after their physical health but their emotional health, too. Seniors have special needs as they grow older and need to understand how to best take care of their health. I spend time with my patients and listen to them. It’s the only way to build a good doctor and patient relationship.
