Dr. John Tasiopoulos takes the time to listen closely to his patients. He works with each person to create a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and condition. His patient-centered approach, as a result, ensures that care is both personal and effective.

First, he earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Northwestern University. Then, he completed his residency at Northwestern University’s Evanston Hospital, After that, he completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Lutheran General Hospital.

With over 26 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Tasiopoulos brings deep knowledge and compassion to every patient interaction. Also. he specializes in colon cancer screening and the evaluation and treatment of GERD (acid reflux). In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. As a result, this helps him stay up to date with the latest advances in endoscopic care.
