GI Partners is committed to providing the highest quality care and ensuring the safety of our patients, employees, providers and visitors.
We are implementing the highest standards of safety at all our facilities, including offices, office-based endoscopy centers and ambulatory surgery centers. We are monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and will continue to take all necessary steps to care for patients in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and in partnership with our local and state health departments.
GI Partners is offering in-person and endoscopic procedures across all locations, and we still welcome telehealth visits by request. Please contact our offices to schedule an appointment.
Our COVID-19 response:
We check the temperature of all patients upon arrival.
Patients are given a questionnaire regarding any COVID symptoms or exposures.
We will be pre-screening patients requiring procedures two days prior.
We limit the number of people in our office reception areas to patients only. Any accompanying family members and drivers are asked to wait in their cars during the patient’s appointment.
Our staff members wear masks and gloves when they are in close contact with patients.
Our team cleans and disinfects all counters, doorknobs and other surfaces after every patient contact.
All GI Partners staff members are screened for symptoms and undergo daily temperature checks. Employees are required to self-quarantine and seek appropriate medical help if they develop signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
